Honjozo Nama Sembazuru est un honjozo non pasteurisé de Sato Shuzo à Oita, élaboré à partir de Gohyakumangoku et Akigeshiki polis à 65%. La mise en bouteille en namazake préserve les arômes frais et vifs du honjozo de Kyushu tout juste pressé.
