Hiroki Shuppinginjo est un ginjo de compétition de Hiroki Shuzo Honten à Aizusakashita, Fukushima, élaboré pour démontrer le summum de la maîtrise technique de la brasserie. Le Yamada Nishiki très poli et une fermentation méticuleuse à basse température produisent un sake exceptionnellement raffiné et aromatique, d'un équilibre irréprochable et d'une finale nette et persistante.
