Le Tokubetsu Junmai Kiippon de Harukasumi est brassé par la famille Kuribayashi, gardiens de septième génération d'une brasserie fondée en 1874 à Misato Town, Akita. L'eau de source douce de la brasserie, puisée à 25 mètres sous terre dans une ville qui compte 126 sources naturelles confirmées, ancre le caractère pur et délicat du sake. En tant que Tokubetsu (spécial) Junmai, il est poli au-delà des exigences standard du junmai, exprimant une saveur de riz raffinée sans alcool ajouté.
