Hanataka Junmai Ginjo Namazake est une expression non pasteurisée de Hamashima Shuzo, une brasserie entièrement artisanale à Bungo-Ono, Oita, fondée en 1889 et désormais à sa cinquième génération de propriété familiale. Le style namazake frais préserve les arômes vifs et la texture douce issus des techniques en petites séries de la brasserie et du riz cultivé localement. Il se déguste de préférence peu après sa mise en marché, comme instantané vivant de la saison de brassage.
