Un sake riche et généreux, élaboré à partir d'un sake cru pressé en saison froide, vieilli en tant que muroka namagenshu sans filtration ni pasteurisation. Ce sake de conservation à l'état brut est la version genshu du populaire 'Premier Buri', pasteurisé une seule fois.
