Un ajout modere d'alcool de brasseur affine l'arome et illumine la finale, tandis que le format genshu amplifie l'intensite habituellement attenuee par la dilution. Produit dans le climat de montagne froid de Minamiechizen, la fraicheur vibrante du sake reflete l'emplacement de la brasserie dans l'une des regions les plus enneigees du Japon.
