Un junmai brassé selon la méthode kimoto avec du Homare Fuji et de l'Aichi no Kaori polis à 65 % par la Takashima Brewing à Shizuoka. La fermentation kimoto produit un profil robuste et naturellement acide ; l'eau douce issue de la neige fondue du Fuji arrondit ce sake de riz pur élaboré selon une méthode traditionnelle.
