Description

Année après année, le savoir-faire des brasseurs se perfectionne dans la quête du sake ultime. Le riz Yamada Nishiki et Gohyakumangoku, soigneusement sélectionnés, sont polis à 45 %, tout le koji est fait à la main, et ce Daiginjo est brassé avec 'Raiden-sama no Shimizu', une eau de source du mont Hakkaisan. Sa saveur fine, moelleuse et belle, avec une douceur élégante et subtile, sublime les mets.
