Hagino Tsuru Junmai Daiginjo est brassé chez Hagino Shuzou à Kurihara, Miyagi, où la brasserie a été établie en 1840 à côté d'une auberge historique sur la route Oshu. Avec 98 % de la production totale classée en junmai, la brasserie est profondément attachée au brassage au riz pur, et ce daiginjo exprime cette philosophie dans sa forme la plus raffinée. L'eau de source douce de la propriété montagneuse de la brasserie et le riz Kuranohana de Miyagi donnent un sake aux arômes floraux élégants et à une finale soyeuse.
