Gokujouhakutaka est l'expression junmai daiginjo premium de Hakutaka à Nada, Hyogo, produite selon la méthode traditionnelle de levain kimoto-zukuri, une technique laborieuse originaire de Nada à l'époque d'Edo. La brasserie, fondée en 1862, utilise exclusivement du riz Yamadanishiki de Yokawa et la célèbre eau de source Miyamizu, une combinaison qui a forgé la réputation de Nada comme principale région sake du Japon. La désignation gokujo (superlatif) traduit le plus haut niveau de soin apporté à l'ensemble de la production.
