Description

Junmai ginjo elabore a 100 % avec du Yamada Nishiki de Hyogo poli a 60 %, fermente avec de l'eau de source du massif du Seppiko sans controle mecanique de la temperature. Le sake presente des notes fruitees rappelant le raisin, une acidite ferme et un umami de riz net. Il a remporte la medaille d'or au Concours national du sake chaud en 2014, 2016 et 2017.
