Du Yamada Nishiki cultive a Harima-Banshu, la principale region de riz a sake de Hyogo, est fermente sans filtration et mis en bouteille a pleine force de fut pour ce junmai ginjo muroka genshu. Tsubosakashuzou utilise uniquement la gestion naturelle de la temperature en cave, produisant un nez fruite et floral ainsi qu'une finale au corps riche et au gout frais.
