Ce sake Tokubetsu Junmaishu namashu est élaboré en six étapes avec du Gohyakumangoku poli à 60 %, cultivé sous contrat à Echizen-Ohno, et l'eau renommée de cette ville. Le goût et les arômes sont lentement concentrés lors d'une fermentation à basse température. Il s'agit d'un sake frais non pasteurisé.
