Daisekkei Funabajikagumi Tokubetsu Junmai Muroka Namagenshu est un sake preleve directement de la cuve de pressage, non filtre, non pasteurise et non dilue de la Daisekkei Shuzo a Azumino, Nagano. Cette methode jikagumi (直汲み) capture le caractere le plus frais et le plus vif du reservoir a pleine intensite genshu, preservant l'energie brute de la fermentation alimentee par l'eau de source des Alpes du Nord.
