Le riz Senbonishiki cultivé à Hiroshima, poli à 50%, constitue la base de ce daiginjo d'Etajima Meijo sur l'île d'Etajima. Élaboré à la main selon la méthode traditionnelle koji-buta (plateau-couvercle) avec l'eau de source douce du mont Furutaka, il offre un arôme fruité de daiginjo et une finale élégante et nette.
