Daiginjo honnama élaboré à partir de Gohyakumangoku poli à 50%, commercialisé sans chauffage comme un sake nama vivant, par cette brasserie de Tsukuba fondée en 1877. Brassé avec la levure Ogawa emblématique depuis le tournant vers une production premium axée sur le ginjo, il exprime la qualité propre et raffinée du sake qui définit le style Kiritsukuba.
