Description
Elaborado al pie de las montañas de Abukuma en Fukushima, este sake utiliza arroz Chiyo Nishiki cultivado localmente y se prensa con el método tradicional funa-shibori (prensa de madera). Robusto y de carácter vigoroso, se fermenta con la levadura Utsukushima Yume de Fukushima y se elabora con agua de manantial pura de la cadena montañosa de Abukuma.
