
Description
Elaborado con arroz Chiyo Nishiki cultivado en el pueblo de los altos llanos de Abukuma donde la cervecería opera desde 1751, utilizando un manantial que fluye naturalmente a 200 metros en el bosque circundante. La cervecería se compromete con el prensado funeshibori en barril para toda su gama, reflejando el enfoque artesanal que sustenta esta expresión de nivel cotidiano.
