Tamajiman Junmaigenshu Kameguchi es un junmai sin diluir extraído directamente del recipiente de fermentación o del barril de almacenamiento a mano por Ishikawa Shuzo. Este método de extracción conserva el sake en su estado más natural y concentrado, libre de la exposición y manipulación implicadas en el bombeo convencional. El resultado es un junmai genshu de cuerpo lleno y robusto con un sabor auténtico y sin compromisos.
