Tamajiman Junmai Ginjo Genshu de Ishikawa Shuzo en Fussa, Tokio, combina el carácter afrutado y aromático del grado junmai ginjo con la riqueza concentrada de un embotellado genshu sin diluir. Elaborado con arroz pulido al 60 % o menos y fermentado con el cuidado del estilo ginjo, este sake ofrece notas frutales pronunciadas junto al cuerpo más pleno típico del genshu. El agua subterránea suave del río Tama aporta una calidad suave y redondeada a esta expresión de Tokio.
