Tamajiman Junmai Daiginjo Namagenshu Sasanigorikei es un junmai daiginjo sin pasteurizar y sin diluir con carácter nigorizake (turbio) de Ishikawa Shuzo en Tokio. El estilo sasanigori presenta una ligera turbidez de finas partículas de arroz dejadas en suspensión, añadiendo una textura cremosa y una dulzura suave al refinado perfil aromático del daiginjo. Como namagenshu, se embotella a plena fuerza de fermentación sin pasteurización, garantizando la máxima frescura.
