Tamajiman Jukusei Junmai Namagenshu es un junmai madurado, sin diluir y sin pasteurizar de Ishikawa Shuzo en Tokio, que combina tres características distintivas: añejado (jukusei), crudo (nama) y sin diluir (genshu). La maduración extendida le otorga a este sake de arroz puro mayor profundidad, umami y complejidad, mientras que la designación genshu garantiza un mayor contenido de alcohol y un sabor concentrado. Esta expresión es un sake audaz y estratificado que recompensa una degustación contemplativa.
