Description
Takakiya Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki presenta el arroz para sake más célebre de Japón, el Yamadanishiki, procesado a estándares daiginjo por la operación totalmente artesanal de Hamashima Shuzo en Bungo-Ono, Oita. La cervecería, que reanudó operaciones en 1997 bajo la dirección directa del cervecero, cultiva múltiples variedades de arroz en sus propias 13 hectáreas, aportando un riguroso control agrícola a esta expresión de prestigio. El alto pulido y la fermentación lenta extraen los limpios aromas de melón y flor por los que son célebres los daiginjo elaborados con Yamadanishiki.
