Takakiya Ginnosato Junmai Ginjo Namazake es un junmai ginjo sin pasteurizar de Hamashima Shuzo, que captura el carácter fresco y vibrante del sake antes del tratamiento térmico. Producido en la cervecería totalmente artesanal de Bungo-Ono, en Oita, se apoya en la denominación Ginnosato para evocar el paisaje de cosecha plateada de la región arrocera circundante. La presentación namazake preserva los aromáticos vivos y la acidez brillante que definen el sake inmediatamente después del prensado.
