Description

Un sake de tipo Ginjo elaborado puliendo hasta el 50 % del Yamada Nishiki de cultivo propio y fermentándolo lentamente a bajas temperaturas. El uso de la levadura Kumamoto le aporta un aroma suave y un sabor delicado. El contenido de alcohol se ajustó a 15 grados para que pueda disfrutarse también durante la comida. Se recomienda servirlo a temperatura ambiente tras haberlo enfriado ligeramente.
