Description

Takakiya Daiginjo es la cima de la gama de Hamashima Shuzo, producido por una cervecería en Bungo-Ono, Oita, que elabora cada botella a mano en pequeñas cantidades con arroz cultivado en sus propias tierras. El cervecero de quinta generación supervisa personalmente el rol de toji, manteniendo la disciplina tradicional que se restauró cuando se reanudó la elaboración en 1997. El arroz altamente pulido y la meticulosa fermentación a baja temperatura producen los delicados aromas afrutados y la textura refinada propios de un daiginjo de una casa artesanal dedicada.
