La presentación estilo dobu o nigori retiene sedimento de arroz en la botella, dando al sake una apariencia lechosa y un cuerpo pleno y cremoso. La combinación del método kimoto con el estilo turbio sin refinar crea una expresión particularmente en capas, arraigada en la tradición cervecera clásica de Nara.
