Suiryuu Junmai Ginjo es un sake puro de arroz estilo ginjo de Kubohonkeshuzo en Nara bajo la etiqueta Suiryuu, fermentado con arroz pulido al 60 % o menos para cultivar delicadas notas afrutadas y florales. El proceso de elaboración ginjo utiliza cepas de levadura especialmente seleccionadas que producen ésteres aromáticos a temperaturas de fermentación frescas, dotando a este sake de su elevado y fragante carácter. El perfil de agua blanda de Nara contribuye a la suavidad en boca que define esta expresión.
