Description
Este Tokubetsu Honjozo utiliza levadura de Shizuoka y presenta una acidez baja. El nihonshu-do bien equilibrado y los componentes umami le otorgan un agradable suavidad en boca. A diferencia de las otras expresiones de Suginishiki elaboradas con los métodos kimoto o yamahai, este sake adopta un estilo diferente. La levadura fue cambiada a HD-1 a partir de la cosecha 2017BY.
