Elaborado exclusivamente con Yamada Nishiki de la prefectura de Hyogo, considerado la cima de la elaboración de sake. Un junmai daiginjo con arroz pulido hasta el 45% de tasa de pulido. Destaca por un aroma ginjo envolvente con reminiscencias a plátano y un sabor a arroz lleno que se despliega con cada trago.

Felt a little bit of alcohol taste at first sip, but I did not mind it after the second sip and enjoyed Daiginjo Aroma. Great and smooth. Purchased it at local grocery store, H mart for $15 USD.
