Este honjozo estacional de primer prensado de Hamashima Shuzo llega cada invierno como un namazake sin filtrar y sin diluir, extraído directamente de la prensa en el estilo arabashiri. Elaborado con un perfil seco karakuchi, muestra la energía robusta y sin refinar del hatsushibori antes de cualquier mezcla o ajuste. El método completamente artesanal de la cervecería en Bungo-Ono, Oita, otorga incluso a este embotellado introductorio una profundidad de carácter ligada al arroz cultivado localmente.
