Description

Toshimaya Shuzo, fundada en 1596 y uno de los productores de sake más antiguos de Tokio, extrae agua de la roca de Musashino a 150 metros de profundidad y suministra sake ceremonial a los santuarios Meiji Jingu y Kanda Myojin. El Okunokami Junmai Ginjo se embotella completamente sin pasteurizar (nama) sin ningún tipo de ajuste artificial (muchousei). El Hattannishiki de Hiroshima, pulido al 50%, produce un sake de frescura inmediata y viva: aromas de plátano y pera, piña y suave toque a nuez en el paladar, con una vitalidad ligeramente efervescente y un final ligeramente amargo que distingue al sake verdaderamente sin procesar. Procedencia sagrada y frescura audaz en el mismo vaso.
