El daiginjo Makihata, adornado con una ninfa celestial (tennyo), es la expresión insignia de Takachiyo Shuzo, nombrada en honor al monte Makihata de 1.967 metros en los Alpes del Sur de Niigata. Elaborado con arroz Ipponjime cultivado bajo contrato y el agua blanda de los manantiales del monte, ofrece un umami suave y cristalino con un final refinado y persistente.
