Description

Un daiginjo de la casa tokyota Toshimaya, de 400 años de antigüedad, elaborado con Yamada Nishiki pulido al 35% y agua del acuífero del Fuji extraída a 150 metros bajo la meseta de Musashino. Se elabora mediante fermentación prolongada a baja temperatura y expresa el más alto nivel de artesanía de la cervecería. El nombre significa 'vida larga y alegre'.
