Kinko Yamahaijikomi Junmaishu es un sake de arroz puro de KK Ookurahonke, elaborado en Nara mediante el método yamahai para el cultivo del iniciador sin ácido láctico añadido. La clasificación junmai significa que no se ha añadido alcohol de cervecería, permitiendo que el arroz y la fermentación se expresen plenamente. Este sake lleva un carácter sabroso y de cuerpo completo con una acidez bien integrada procedente del proceso yamahai natural.
