Lanzado como shiboritate, se embotella inmediatamente tras el prensado sin maduración prolongada, ofreciendo un perfil de sabor vibrante y fresco. La designación junmai garantiza que no se añade alcohol, permitiendo que el carácter natural del arroz y la frescura de la fermentación brillen por completo.
