JuJunmai Ginjo Hatsugasumi es un sake puro de arroz estilo ginjo de Kubohonkeshuzo en Nara, donde el prefijo Ju sugiere una interpretación particularmente madura o bien redondeada del estilo ginjo. Elaborado con arroz pulido al menos al 60 % y fermentado a bajas temperaturas, este sake desarrolla el característico perfil aromático floral y afrutado de la categoría ginjo. La larga tradición cervecera de sake en Nara moldea el cuidadoso equilibrio entre la expresión aromática y el carácter subyacente del arroz.
