Un junmai daiginjo elaborado con el arroz Ginginga desarrollado en Iwate, pulido al 50%, y la levadura Yuko no Omoi desarrollada localmente, cultivado en los propios arrozales de la cervecería en Shiwa Town. La levadura de bajo aroma produce un paladar nítido y refinado con acidez limpia y elegancia sutil adecuada para maridar con comida.
