Horaitsuru Junmai Ginjoshu es el junmai ginjo emblematico de Harahonten, una bodega fundada hacia 1805 en Hiroshima que practica una elaboracion anual en pequenos lotes bajo la direccion de un unico propietario-maestro. Elaborado con arroz Hattannishiki a un grado de pulido del 60 % y levadura ginjo de Hiroshima, presenta una fragancia ligera y refinada con un umami profundo y un final limpio moldeado por el agua blanda de renombre de la region. La tradicion de elaboracion con agua blanda de Hiroshima es reconocida como origen de este estilo de sake sutil y suave.
