Horaitsuru Junmai Ginjo Muroka Namagenshu es un junmai ginjo sin filtrar, sin diluir y sin pasteurizar de Harahonten en Hiroshima, que conserva toda la energia bruta y la concentracion del sake recien prensado. Elaborado con el agua blanda de Hiroshima y arroz de origen local, muestra una textura en boca animada con vibrantes notas afrutadas y una acidez suave caracteristica de la levadura ginjo de Hiroshima de la bodega. El tratamiento muroka (sin filtrar) preserva su color natural y su caracter pleno e indomable.
