Horaitsuru Junmai Ginjo Teshibori es prensado a mano por Harahonten en Hiroshima, donde el toji-propietario exprime suavemente las bolsas de sake con las manos para extraer la mejor porcion del mosto fermentado. Con arroz Hattannishiki pulido al 60 % y levadura ginjo de Hiroshima junto al agua blanda de la region, logra un sabor delicado y estructurado con fragancia contenida y un final limpio y suave. Este metodo de prensado artesanal representa la maxima expresion de la filosofia de produccion manual de la bodega.
