Un junmai elaborado con arroz Homare Fuji, variedad de arroz para sake originaria de Shizuoka, pulido al 60 % con levadura de Shizuoka (NEW-5) y agua blanda extraída localmente en este kura de Numazu fundado en 1804. El arroz 100 % cultivado en Shizuoka y la levadura local expresan una identidad regional característica, con un umami de arroz suave y floreciente y una dulzura limpia y persistente en el paladar. Apto tanto para temperaturas de servicio calientes como frías.
