Ginjonamatyo Hakutakagurasu de Hakutaka en Nada, Hyogo, es un ginjo namacho envasado en vidrio, reflejando el compromiso de la cervecería de acercar su tradición cervecera basada en Yamadanishiki y Miyamizu en formatos convenientes. Hakutaka, fundada en 1862, es reconocida como el único proveedor oficial de Goryoshu a Ise Jingu desde 1924, distinción que ostenta entre todas las cervecerías japonesas. La pasteurización única preserva las delicadas notas florales que definen el ginjo de Nada.
