Description

Daiginjo elaborado a partir de Yamada Nishiki en esta cervecería de Fukushima fundada en 1751 en el pueblo de Hirata, aprovechando el agua blanda que fluye naturalmente de los altos llanos de Abukuma. La cervecería utiliza las levaduras galardonadas desarrolladas regionalmente en Fukushima junto con el prensado tradicional en barril funeshibori para todas las categorías, incluido este daiginjo premium.
