Daiginjo Hakukoma Yado Namagenshu es la version sin pasteurizar y sin diluir del daiginjo premium Yado de Hakukoma Shuzo, que preserva el sake en su estado mas expresivo y vibrante. Producido en Imanosho, Minamiechizen, Fukui, la cerveceria se apoya en la identidad del pueblo como antiguo asentamiento de la carretera de postas y en los frios inviernos montanosos de la region para una fermentacion natural a baja temperatura. El formato genshu ofrece un perfil de sabores mas concentrado e intenso en comparacion con el embotellado estandar.
