Trayectoria
- 1875Founded on Awaji Island (the brewery's own noren banner, shown on the official homepage, reads 'Founded Meiji 8').
- 1994At the request of the local group 'Awaji Sake Detectives', began brewing the sake 'Senmusui'.
- 1995The Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake severely damaged the brewing hall, but the brewers resumed brewing and completed 'Senmusui'.
- 2000'Chiyo no En' won the gold award at the National New Sake Appraisal.
- 2010Won the top award at the 65th Tajima Toji Self-Brewed Sake Research Meeting.
- 2012'Chiyo no En' won the gold award at the National New Sake Appraisal.
- 2015'Chiyo no En' won the gold award at the National New Sake Appraisal.
- 2020A nephew, who serves as the toji (master brewer), became the company's representative director.
