Trayectoria
- 1907Ishimoto Sake Brewery founded by Ryuzo Ishimoto.
- 1988Launched the seasonal "Koshino Kanbai Tokujoshu", made with in-house distilled shochu.
- 1999Began exporting to the United States.
- 2003Ryusoku Ishimoto became the 4th-generation president.
- 2016Released "Koshino Kanbai Sai", the first new standard product in 45 years, and "Koshino Kanbai Kamedago Oeyamasan Tokubetsu Honjozo" brewed solely from locally grown Gohyakumangoku rice.
- 2017Marked the 110th anniversary of founding with the release of "Koshino Kanbai Hyakujusshunen Iwaizake Ichirin-Itteki".
- 2022Released "Koshino Kanbai Lagoon", "Koshino Kanbai FROM NIIGATA" (exclusive to Michelin Guide listed restaurants), and "Junmai Ginjo Amane".
- 2024Released "Koshino Kanbai Ichirin-Itteki Daiginjo", embodying the brewery's founding philosophy.
