Trayectoria
- 1889Founded in 1889 (Meiji 22). The business originally also made Japanese confectionery under the trade name "Fukuiya", selling sake under the brands Fukubotan and Fukuizumi until the early Showa era, before naming the brand "Togo" (later "Sanin Togo") after the local place name.
- 1954Fukura Shuzojo Ltd. was established, obtaining sake manufacturing and retail licenses.
- 1976The company name was changed to Fukura Shuzo Co., Ltd. (Yugengaisha).
- 2007The brewery began having its own employees handle sake brewing, joining the Izumo Toji Guild.
- 2010Fukura Shuzo Co., Ltd. (Kabushikigaisha) was established.
