Description

Yuukun Namachozoshu wird einmal pasteurisiert, bevor es kalt gelagert wird, und ohne weitere Wärmebehandlung versandt, was ein frischeres, lebendigeres Profil als vollständig wärmebehandelte sake bewahrt. Hergestellt von der alteingesessenen Brauerei in Kurume, Fukuoka, unter Verwendung von Mino-Bergquellwasser. Das namachozoshu-Verfahren ergibt einen lebendigen Charakter, der zwischen rohen und gereiften Stilen vermittelt.
