Description

Muroka namagenshu (ungefiltert, unpasteurisiert, unverdünnt) Junmai ginjo, gebraut aus Tomi no Kaori, einem proprietären Sake-Reis der Toyama-Präfektur, entwickelt durch Kreuzung von Yamada Nishiki mit Oyama Nishiki, auf 60 % poliert bei der Yoshinotomo Shuzo. Die Apfelblütenhefe aus Uozu, entwickelt vom Toyama Food Research Institute, trägt eine lebhafte Säure mit sauberer, saftiger Süße bei, abgefüllt ohne Filtration oder Verdünnung, um die volle Frische zu bewahren.
